   When transferring funds through telegraphic transfer, please instruct the bank to include the following details in the remittance advice:
   • Student's Name
   • Admission Number / Application Number
   • Programme of Study
   • Contact Details

2. Internet Bill Payment:
   
   DBS/POSB account holders may make the payment via the DBS iBanking platform with their login. Under Pay Bills and select ‘NAFA-Student BILL’ as Billing Organisation, and for Bill Reference, please quote the Student’s NRIC number (e.g. S1234567A) or FIN Number (e.g. G1234567A) and enter the amount to be remitted to NAFA.


3. Student E-Pay Visa/Master

   Please log in using your Student admission number and the OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number with NAFA
   Select Credit Card
   Select invoice & execute card payment *


4. Cashier’s order
   
   Cashier’s order should be crossed and made payable to ‘Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts’. The Student’s name, NRIC/Passport number and contact number must be clearly indicated on the reverse side of the cheque or cashier’s order.


5. 0% interest UOB Visa/Master Credit Card Instalment
   
   Please visit cashier counter for 0% interest rate 6 monthly UOB credit card instalment schemes are available for tuition fee.
   
   If you are unable to execute payment using the above payment methods, you may visit our Cashier Counter for Nets/ Union pay/Visa/Master:

   Operating Hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm (Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays)
   
   A penalty of S$15 per month will be levied if the fees are not paid by the due date, or if the cheque is returned by the bank and a replacement is not received by the due date.
   
   The Academy reserves the right to de-register the Student if outstanding fees remained unpaid for seven days after the issuance of the first warning letter by the Student Admissions Office. The Student may be reinstated provided a satisfactory explanation is presented and all outstanding fees including the penalty are paid in full.
   
   Even if a sponsor has undertaken to pay the fees, the Student maintains ultimately responsible to the Academy for any outstanding amounts.
   
   Late submission and payment will not be accepted by the Academy as this will lead to a delay in the processing of applications.
